Offices
The firm operates from four offices under a single point of accountability.
Each mandate is led by one senior member of the firm, whatever the number of jurisdictions involved.
Clients
The firm is most often engaged in three sets of circumstances.
Relocation of a principal
A principal changes residence while the companies, accounts and assets remain in jurisdictions chosen for an earlier set of circumstances. The structure is brought back into alignment with the position as it now stands.
Restructuring of a family holding
A structure assembled over two decades no longer corresponds to the composition of the family, the nature of the assets, or the reporting standards now applied to both.
Entry into a new market
A group has committed to a jurisdiction in which it does not yet operate, and requires an entity, banking arrangements and a compliance record capable of withstanding review.
Typical instructions
What the firm is asked to do, in the words clients use.
A founder is preparing for an exit and wants the structure settled before terms are agreed.
An exit has completed, and the proceeds require a holding and investment structure.
A family holding has outgrown the jurisdiction it was formed in.
A group is entering a market — the Gulf, Western Europe, Iberia or Africa — where it holds no entity.
Principals, officers and dependents require residency on a fixed timetable.
A bank has asked for source-of-wealth documentation that does not yet exist.
Each of these begins with the same introductory discussion. Arrange a consultation

Selected mandates
Recent engagements, described within the limits of client confidentiality.
West Africa · Industrial group
A holding structure across four jurisdictions with an intermediate SPV for a joint venture, banking relationships re-established with two institutions, and accounting records maintained to audit standard from the first month. Twelve weeks from instruction to operating accounts.
Western Europe · Family office
An Emirates holding company and operating account established alongside a foundation for succession, with a separate SPV for the family’s real estate interests, coordinated with counsel in two jurisdictions and with the family’s existing tax advisers.
Gulf · Technology founder, post-exit
Residency for the principal and dependents, alignment of the personal and corporate tax position, and a foundation with an SPV beneath it holding the investment portfolio, established with succession documentation drafted at the same time rather than deferred.
No client is identified. Sector and geography are stated at a level that does not permit identification.
Standards
Structures are documented to withstand examination.
A structure that is formed quickly and loses its banking relationship within the year has not been properly built. The firm documents governance, ownership, source of funds and the reasoning behind each material decision as the work proceeds, so that the file is complete before a bank, an auditor or a regulator asks to see it.
- Licensed in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre.
- Dedicated compliance and money laundering reporting function.
- Enhanced due diligence prepared in-house.
- Records maintained to audit standard from incorporation.
Fit
The firm is not the right adviser for every instruction.
Where the firm is engaged
- Structures spanning two or more jurisdictions, where the decisions interact.
- Arrangements that must satisfy a bank and an auditor as well as a registrar.
- Ongoing administration, rather than a single filing.
- Principals and groups whose affairs are already subject to professional scrutiny.
Where it is not
- The cheapest available incorporation, chosen on price alone.
- Arrangements whose purpose is concealment rather than compliance.
- Single-jurisdiction filings that a local accountant handles better and for less.
- Instructions conditional on a guaranteed bank account, licence or visa.
The firm states its view at the introductory discussion rather than after an engagement letter has been signed.
Engagement
One senior member of the firm leads the mandate through all four stages.
01
Introductory discussion
Objectives, jurisdictions and constraints are established, and the firm states whether it is the appropriate adviser.
02
Structure proposal
Jurisdiction, entity, banking route, timeline and fees are set out in writing before any commitment is made.
03
Execution
Incorporation, licensing, residency and bank onboarding are coordinated by the firm across each jurisdiction involved.
04
Ongoing administration
Filings, governance and compliance are maintained for as long as the structure remains in place.
